This development is built on KEB’s popular DL3 servo motor product. The DL3 servos are offered with a variety of different options like feedback devices and holding brakes. Optionally, the servo motors can be paired with KEB’s planetary gearheads.
With the perfectly paired motors and planetary gears and COMBIVERT S6/F6 servo inverter, users can configure the various modules with just a few clicks using the KEB COMBIVIS 6 commissioning software. In this system, the motors, gear units, servo drives and corresponding cables can be selected using either a graphical or tabular structure. Furthermore, the software provides all of the technical documents needed for design, installation and commissioning in the system.
Four sizes of motors are available as servo geared motors with a STEEL IT coating, combined with one-stage or two-stage planetary gears and drive torques ranging from 5 to 720 Nm. The transmission ratios of the reduction stages range from i=5 to i=40.
