Delta's VFD-EL AC motor drive passed "Good Design" evaluation in August. The evaluation was hosted by Industrial Development Bureau of Ministry of Economic Affairs, and the certificate was distributed by Taiwan Design Center, aiming to help the consumers recognize and purchase products of good design as well as encouraging companies in Taiwan to design innovative and functional products, and by which enhancing the international competitiveness of Taiwanese products.
In terms of innovative design, the appearance of VFD-EL is in simple arc shape. The reinforced and refined surface texture is just right for the harsh industrial working environment. Besides, different from the light gray color applied in the past, the new VFD-EL is in solemn dark gray. Significant innovations can also be found in VFD-EL's functions, quality and practical design.
The certified VFD-EL proves that Delta has reached a more mature level in industrial design; its simple design and innovative functions further emphasize its added values. The "Good Design" evaluation gives VFD-EL the entrance ticket to "TAIWAN DESIGN AWARD", and products awarded "TAIWAN DESIGN AWARD" will further be recommended to participate in various internationally renowned design awards, e.g. IF in Germany, G-Mark in Japan and IDEA in the US.
