INVT adopted special kind of frequency inverter to renovate sugar press of Yongxin Sugar Refinery, Laibing, Guangxi successfully. According to on-site test, average extraction rate was improved by 0.19% after renovation. Power consumption for each ton of sugar cane to be pressed was reduced by 2 kilowatt, which greatly improved economic benefits of the enterprise.
Daily production capability of Yongxin Sugar Refinery, Laibing, Guangxi is 10000 tons/day, annual sugar cane pressing capability is over 1.6 million tons, and quality for its products rank front in China. In this technological renovation, six CHE 380V and 630V frequency inverters made in INVT were used to renovate five 380 V and 450KW presses.
This kind of frequency inverter is a technological innovation by INVT in domestic low voltage drive field, which is applied in Yongxin Sugar Refinery and runs stably, and provides reliable products and solutions for frequency conversion of low voltage and high power inverters.
