Advanced Systems Baltic OÜ operates in accordance with below motioned items. These items cover payment, delivery, technical support, repair, warranty issues and etc. Other aspects, not listed on this page, related to internal corporate policy and could be clarified on request from customer.

Standard payment term for Advanced Systems Baltic OÜ is advanced payment by bank transfer from customer under order-confirmation and pro-forma invoice issued by Advanced Systems Baltic OÜ upon request or order from customer. Advanced Systems Baltic OÜ accept payments and issues financial sales documentation such as order-confirmation, pro-forma invoice, sales invoice, etc., only from and for legal entities that have VAT registration and number. Advanced Systems Baltic OÜ does not accept payments by bank cards, checks or in cash. Advanced Systems Baltic OÜ does not sell; neither accepts payments from private persons.
All products sold by Advanced Systems Baltic OÜ are shipped from Advanced Systems Baltic OÜ warehouse in Tallinn. Time of shipment is subject of availability and agreement with customers. Standard delivery terms are EXW (for EU customers) or FCA (for customers outside European Union). Upon request from customer and at additional cost, Advanced Systems Baltic OÜ offers DAP terms, Door-to-Door delivery and express shipping by courier on worldwide basis.
Within technical support program, Advanced SystemsBaltic OÜ offers technical consulting, equipment selection according to customer’s requirements, equipmentarrangement at the design stage and assistance in adjusting the equipment on-line (without a presenceadvisor at customer site). When visit of technical specialist is necessary to provide diagnosing,repair, field supervision and company personnel training, within the European Union, this work is performedby representatives of the equipment manufacturer under preliminary agreement with Advanced Systems BalticOÜ.

Warranty repairs are performed only by the manufacturer.The manufacturing company normally ensures free diagnosing, repair or replacement of the equipment incompliance with its warranty terms and warranty service procedures. In case of equipment malfunctioning orfailure, please contact an authorized service organization or the manufacturer's support service center. Theinformation on warranty terms, warranty service procedure and contact details for each manufacturer could befound at manufacturer’s web page or on "Warranty card" in case it is supplied together with equipment.

Advanced Systems Baltic OÜoffers a full range of the services for technical consulting and assistance in repairing the equipment whena user cannot claim for the manufacturer’s warranty: product’s warranty period is expired; when the case isnot covered by the warranty due to incorrect equipment operation; when equipment is not designed foroperation on the markets of EU, Russia, CIS countries; when equipment is supplied as a part of productionline or as a component of equipment by a third-party manufacturer. If failure or malfunctioning of equipmentis detected, please put all necessary details on Reclamation letter and send it to Advanced Systems BalticOÜ technical department by fax or e-mail.
